William Eugene Bellis, 75, of Hot Springs, died Monday, Oct. 5, 2009.

A U.S. Air Force retiree, lifetime member of and service officer for VFW, member of American Legion and lifetime member of DAV, he was predeceased by his parents, Ode and Grace Bellis; two sisters; and one brother.
