Carl Arthur Davis, 93, of Hot Springs, died Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2009, in a local nursing home.

Born Oct. 21, 1916, in Hot Springs, to Doan and Loma Aven Davis, he was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II and retired from Reynolds Metal Co. He was predeceased by his wife, Marie Brewer Davis.

Survivors include two sons, Carl E. Davis and Jerry Davis, and four grandchildren.

The service will be 11 a.m. Friday in Memorial Garden Cemetery with the Rev. Russell Norman officiating.

Visitation will be on 3-5 p.m. today in Gross Funeral Home.
