CONWAY – Chad Randall Hendricks, age 38, of Conway, died Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2009.

He was born on Oct. 14, 1971, in Little Rock, the son of Randall Cole Hendricks and Jerri Ann Treadwell Hendricks. He was preceded in death by his father; his maternal grandparents, Jerrell and Opal Treadwell; his paternal grandparents, Bill Sr. and Betty Hendricks; one aunt, Kathy Bearden; and one uncle, Roger Treadwell.

Chad was a Baptist in faith and worked as an office aide.
