CONWAY – The service for Chad Randall Hendricks, 38, of Conway, who died Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2009, will be 9:30 a.m. today in Davis-Smith Funeral Home chapel, Hot Springs, with Elder Merwin Gray and Rodney Roberson officiating.

Pallbearers will be Jim Walker, Mike Duarte, Paul Fuller, Michael Moorman, Demarcus Virgies and Kedarin “Shawn” Tolliver.

Honorary pallbearers are Gentlemen of 31 Poplar and the staffs of Conway Human Development Center and Conway Regional Health System.

Burial will be 11:30 a.m. today in Pinecrest Memorial Park, Alexander.
