POYEN – Paul Hixon, 45, of Poyen, died Thursday, Nov. 5, 2009, in a Hot Springs hospital.

Born Nov. 15, 1963, in Malvern, he was a member of Poyen Missionary Baptist Church. He was predeceased by his mother, LaVeta Byrd Hixon; his grandparents, Lawrence and Orean Byrd and Nelson and Edris Hixon; his great-grandfather, Alfred Roy Bailey; and one niece, Courtney Webb.
