Dear editor:

Does the government not understand that consequences always follow actions? Freedom is the ability to have choices. If we keep the money we earn, we choose to use our money as we please. If we give all we have earned to the government, then we are completely indebted and enslaved to government. The more taxation, the less freedom. The reason our country has experienced wealth is because of freedoms established by our Founding Fathers.
