On an upbeat note, Hot Springs resident Carl Marburger sends out a “Thumbs up” to Derrick Dunaway, who recently came to his assistance after an unfortunate auto mishap.

Marburger recounted his experience, “We were returning late at night from the Hot Springs Music Festival and were at the intersection of Carpenter Dam Road and the MLK Expressway.
