The Garland County Election Commission will meet at 10 a.m. Monday, July 20, in the commission building, 649A Ouachita Ave. Commissioners will demonstrate and do logic-and-accuracy testing for voting machines to be used in the Tuesday, Aug. 11, special election for the purpose of determining whether or not District 4 Director Carroll Weatherford should be recalled. Early voting will be held at the commission building Tuesday, Aug. 4, through Friday, Aug. 10, and again on Monday, Aug. 10. Regular voting will be held from 7:30 a.m.-7:30 p.m. at Oaklawn Church of God.
