Children, grandchildren and turtle lovers of all ages are welcome to attend “Turtle Talk” and “Goods from the Woods,” a two-part free program beginning at 10 a.m. Monday at the Entergy Park Pond Pavilion, 530 Lakepark Drive.

Lake Catherine State Park interpreter Julie Tharp will bring turtles and provide details about these popular creatures.     

“Goods from the Woods” makes its debut as participants have the opportunity to explore some of the treasures that can be found in the woods of Lake Catherine, Entergy Park and even one’s own back yard.
