Local man gets 10 years for burglary
A local man reportedly caught in the act of attempting to burglarize an area home was sentenced to 10 years in prison Monday after pleading guilty in Garland County Circuit Court.
Joshua Darryl Rainwater, 23, of Hot Springs, pleaded guilty to one count of residential burglary, punishable by up to 20 years in prison, and prosecutors agreed to withdraw a second charge of criminal attempt to commit residential burglary.
