Garland County sheriff’s investigators recently located a military medal that appears to be from either the Gulf War or the present conflict and they hope to locate the owner.

“We have no idea whose it is,” Sheriff’s Sgt. Joel Ware said. “We feel it’s important enough to try as hard as we can to get it back to the rightful owner.”
