MALVERN – Central Arkansas Development Council is accepting applications for the regular and crisis Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program, which assists households with electric bills only.

Eligible households must meet income guidelines and furnish proof of all household income for the month prior to the month of application. Shut-off notices will be accepted.

Applications will be accepted from 8 a.m.-noon Monday-Wednesday in Hot Spring County. Call Malvern Workforce Center, 1735 E. Sullenberger, at 501-332-5426.
