The Southeast Tourism Society, located in Atlanta, named the World’s Shortest St. Patrick’s Day Parade one of the Top 20 Events in the Southeast on Wednesday.

“This is a great recognition of the hard work and dedication of the organizers of the parade,” Steve Arrison, CEO of the Hot Springs Convention and Visitors Bureau, said in a press release.

“From a small start, the World’s Shortest St. Patrick’s Day Parade has grown into an event that attracts more than 20,000 people to the downtown area every March 17,” Arrison said.
