Arkansas State Police on Monday identified an Alabama woman who died in a head-on collision here on Sunday, and released a report about a separate head-on accident in Saline County that killed a Hot Springs woman the same day.

The victim of Sunday afternoon’s head-on collision was identified as Mary L. Louton, 51, of Birmingham, Ala. Louton, 51, died after her 1997 Mitsubishi Eclipse collided with a 1994 Buick Park Avenue around 3:45 p.m. on Highway 270 west at Treasure Isle Road.
