Garland County Sheriff’s Department investigators are seeking information on the whereabouts of Kaycie Newcomb, 17, who was last seen around 7:30 p.m. Monday leaving her home at 1488 Deerpark Road en route to National Park Community College, but she never arrived. She is described as white with long brown hair and green eyes and was last seen driving a purple 1995 Nissan pickup with Arkansas license plate 511-MTI.
