Police perform traffic stop on convicted felon, allegedly find firearm
A convicted felon on parole was arrested early Friday after Hot Springs police allegedly found a shotgun in his possession following a traffic stop.
Kevin Wade Webb, 21, who lists an address of 100 State St., was taken into custody shortly after 2 a.m. and charged with a felony count of possession of a firearm by certain persons, punishable by up to six years in prison. He was being held on $2,500 bond and is set to appear Dec. 8 in Hot Springs District Court.
