Carol Morris, 1269 Millcreek Road, reported a theft of two pre-paid cell phones by a known suspect. Nov. 5 Erica Williams, 410-D Thornton Ferry Road, reported a break-in to a vehicle. Missing were a CD player and 20 CDs. Trinia Hudson, Hot Springs, reported a theft of Arkansas license plate 368-NSH from a body shop on South Moore Road. Pat D. Mackall, 621 Farr Shores Drive, reported a burglary. Missing were a pearl necklace and earrings. Alicia Bucy, 104 Briggs Road, reported a theft of a maroon 1999 Ford Taurus.
