United Blood Services, 1635 Higdon Ferry Road, is holding a holiday blood drive Monday, Nov. 23, from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Wednesday, Nov. 25, from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Donors will receive a special long-sleeved T-shirt, and each donor who keeps a scheduled appointment during that time will receive 200 extra points, enough to redeem for a movie ticket for the holiday season.

All blood types are needed, in particular Type O-negative and Type A-negative blood types.
