Mid-America Science Museum has received a $286,036 award from the Donald W. Reynolds Foundation to fund a two-year planning project, which the executive director says will enable it to look at the “overall big picture.”

“The primary thing is to look at where we want the museum to be in two years, and five years and 10 years, and look down the line and say, ‘OK, what is it specifically that we need to get there?’” said Andy Marquart, the museum’s executive director.
