James Buster “Speedy” Hood, 64, of Jessieville, died Aug. 22, 2009, at a local hospital. He was born Nov. 5, 1944, in Hot Springs to the late Ervin Hood and Flossie Marrall Hood. He had worked for the past 39 years for Jimmy Coleman Mining Company.
