HOT SPRINGS VILLAGE -- The "Pay Assessments and Utilities" link at the top of the Hot Springs Village website homepage has now been disabled, and beginning today, online assessment and utility payments will only be possible through the member portal.
The member portal is also to be utilized when notifying gate personnel about visitors, making tee times, and reserving tennis courts.
Throughout the remainder of the year, residents will continue seeing improvements to the member portal, which will serve as the updated member service website once all improvements are complete. Instructions on accessing the portal are available on the top of the website homepage, http://www.hsvpoa.org, or by calling the Property Owners' Association office at 501-922-5556.
As a reminder, the property lot/block/addition, commonly referred to as the LBA, is used as a reference to any HSV property, and the number should be notated on all checks submitted to the POA for payment.
This number can be found in the top right corner of POA Membership ID cards, under the member's name. Residents should discontinue using the old account numbers when submitting a check for payment, as using that number could cause a delay or error in the posting of a payment.
For those who pay using an automatic bill payment system with their financial institution, bank staff should be notified to change the reference number on any payments.
