The Cutter Morning Star Elementary School fourth grade chess team attended the Fourth Grade Dawson Education Cooperative Chess Tournament on Dec. 4 at Henderson State University. The team includes Isabella Brumley, Spencer Caldwell, Garrett Duncan, Noah Fendley, Aiden Files, Victoria Hale, Arleigh Hendrix, Jesse Sierra, Carson Weldon, and Amberlyn Wilkerson. Team members who placed include Carson Weldon in third place and Isabella Brumley in fourth place.
