Coldwell Banker Real Estate welcomes Jeannie Newlin as a new sales associate to its Hot Springs office.

A graduate of Bismarck High School, "Jeannie is excited to be residing back in the area after moving around the country and has discovered that the old saying is true, 'There's no place like home and no place on earth, quite like Arkansas'," states the press release.

CHI St. Vincent HS

has staff changes, hires

Sara Bradley joined CHI St. Vincent in late 2017, having previously worked for Mercy Health System. She served as the chief financial officer for Oklahoma State University Medical Trust in Tulsa, Okla. Before that, she worked as vice president and CFO for Mercy Hospital Hot Springs, which became CHI St. Vincent Hot Springs in 2014.

Bradley will primarily provide financial operations support to CHI St. Vincent Infirmary in Little Rock, CHI St. Vincent North in Sherwood and CHI St. Vincent Morrilton.

She is a CPA and earned her undergraduate degree from Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia. She is a Master of Business Administration candidate.

Bradley brings to CHI St. Vincent "a rich knowledge of acute care and health system financial operations and she has extensive experience in financial reporting and analysis, revenue cycle management and strategic planning," states the press release.

CHI St. Vincent also announced that it has added Sarah Lehr and Daniel Troillett to its marketing and communications team and has promoted Bonnie Ward to the position of senior communications strategist.

Ward, of Sherwood, has worked for CHI St. Vincent since 2016. As senior communications strategist, she has oversight of media relations and partnerships for the organization. She is helping lead internal and external marketing efforts for the Arkansas Neuroscience Institute, which is expanding and relocating to the CHI St. Vincent North campus in Sherwood. Ward worked as a senior account manager for Stone Ward and was advertising editor for Dillard's. She has a degree in mass communication from the University of Central Arkansas and is completing her master's degree coursework at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

Lehr has joined the marketing team as a communications strategist focused on internal communications. Lehr, of Little Rock, worked for marketing agencies for several years and previously was manager of communications for the Fayetteville Public Library. She began her communications career as a reporter for The Northwest Arkansas Times. She has a bachelor's degree in journalism from Harding University and a master's in public administration from the University of Arkansas.

Troillett, a communications specialist, focuses on marketing and outreach for CHI St. Vincent Hot Springs, as well as other content marketing responsibilities. He has worked for Ron Sherman Advertising in a project management role and served as director of marketing for Dixie Restaurants. Troillett, of Little Rock, has a bachelor's degree from UALR.
