HSU adds Miholjcic
for 2019-2020 season
ARKADELPHIA -- Henderson State men's basketball coach Jimmy Elgas announced Saturday that Tomislav Miholjcic will be joining the Reddies' roster for next season.
Miholjcic, a 6-10, 250 pound center out of Southwest Christian in Little Rock, is a native of Belgrade, Serbia, and played his junior season at Batesville Southside.
"We are incredibly excited to add Tom to our program," Elgas said. "He is a tremendously skilled big man with a great work ethic and attitude that will fit in perfectly with what we're building at Henderson State. He has an excellent basketball background, and we'd like to thank everyone who has helped him get to where he is today. On his visit, our current guys took to him immediately, so they are thrilled to add him to our basketball family. Tom has unbelievable upside in his game and is a player that will have a chance to be a contributor from the moment he steps on our campus."
Miholjcic averaged 16 points, seven rebounds and two blocks per game in his junior season, and he shot 54.3 percent from the field and averaged 4.6 rebounds per game in his senior campaign.Sports on 04/14/2019
