Cindy Hern, sales and design specialist for The Floor Store, moved to Hot Springs in May of this year after leaving Columbus, Miss., following a flood.
Her sister and brother-in-law who live in Hot Springs had used The Floor Store for several remodels of their homes and vacation rentals.
"They recommended me for this job," Hern said in a news release. "Carlton hired me. I love it."
Hern said her favorite part of the job is using her decorating and design background to help people make their home decoration projects a dream come to life.
In her free time, Hern enjoys cooking, decorating and home projects. She has two adult children, Sarah and Reagan.
