BJ Chapter of the Philanthropic Educational Organization, or P.E.O., member Karen Chance, right, presented a PCE Scholarship to Jennifer Elder. Elder is returning to college to complete her Master of Arts in Education at Henderson State University. P.E.O. is a philanthropic organization to promote women's education, and the PCE grant program provides need-based grants to women whose educations have been interrupted and find it necessary to return to school.
