Professional Black Belt Academy of Hot Springs sent 39 students to compete in the United TaeKwonDo Alliance's Grand Nationals Tournament in Shreveport, La., last month. The students competed with around 1,000 others from the eastern part of the country to compete in forms, one-step sparring and competitive sparring. The group won 14 gold, nine silver and three bronze medals. Those competing included, front row, from left, Chance Hollyfield, Les Dunn, second row, Lucky Dial, Carmine Buckelew, Luke Dishongh, Cohen Swizer, Elva Claire Belin, Peyton Larrimer, Parker Larrimer, Jase Hollyfield, Grady Markowski, Zoie Roberts, Danika Roberts, Jackson Palmer, Adlee Muzny, back row, fourth degree black belt Fred Green, Zac Brown, Samuel Nolen, Kadon Morton, Abbey Brown, Maleea Muzny, Kayla Allen, John Hall, Sullivan Obenchain, Caine Hollyfield, Riley Holt, Holton Johnson and Mason Dunn. Others who participated were Kara Anding, Ava Deaton, Tristan Floyd, Connor Gilbert, Matthew Ham, Rhett Ham, Ethan Paul, Mimi Reagler, Josie Smith, Oliver Smith, Jessie Stinson and Remy Williams.
