Hot Springs Toastmasters to meet Saturday at NPMC

Hot Springs Toastmasters will hold its regular meeting at 8 a.m. Saturday at National Park Medical Center, 1910 Malvern Ave.

All former Toastmasters, as well as interested guests, are welcome. There is no charge. Meetings normally are one hour long. The meetings are held in the east wing of the hospital. Enter from under the portico on that end of the campus.

Members will have received the full month's schedule, including for Jan. 26, when some members will attend officer training at the Southwest Power Pool building in Little Rock. The local club will still meet that day.

Toastmasters is a supportive, inexpensive way to learn speaking and leadership skills. Training resources for speechmaking are part of Toastmaster materials available to members. Toastmasters International's materials and programs also offer leadership development. Meetings may also include an educational presentation.
