Miss Greater Hot Springs Gracie Stover, left, won the Preliminary Artistic Expression in Talent Award and Miss Apple Blossom Darynne Dahlem, right, and Miss Spirit of Arkansas Laura Leigh Turner tied for the Evening Gown Preliminary Award on Wednesday, the opening night of the 82nd Annual Miss Arkansas Pageant at Robinson Center in Little Rock. With the winners is Miss Arkansas 2019 Claudia Raffo, second from left. For winning Talent, Stover received a $2,000 scholarship. Dahlem and Turner will each receive $1,500 scholarship for winning Evening Gown. Stover performed a tap dance to Michael Jackson's "Epic Dual."
