Orange Street, between Broadway Street and Broadway Terrace, will be closed from noon to 7 p.m. today for the Juneteenth Celebration at the Hot Springs Farmers & Artisans Market.
Barricades will be in place, and motorists are advised to seek an alternate route during the street closure.
