Officers and advisers of the National Park College's Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) chapter, Alpha Beta Psi, attended the Catalyst International Convention in Orlando, Fla., April 5-7. The group won two international awards, Distinguished College Project and recognition as one of the top 100 chapters out of more than 1,250 chapters. Regional awards included recognition as a Five-Star Region, winning the awards for Excellence in Scholarship, Excellence in Fellowship, Excellence in College Completion and Distinguished Regional Officer Team. NPC instructor Rebekah Robinette serves as the Regional Coordinator and Cory Morris served as the Eastern vice president for the region.
