Lynch joins Crow Durbin & Speights

Attorney Paul M. Lynch has joined Crow Durbin & Speights of Hot Springs.

Lynch, who joins the firm as a partner, is an accomplished business lawyer with nearly 20 years of experience. Prior to moving to Hot Springs in 2015 to start two businesses, Lynch was the vice president of legal, general counsel, and corporate secretary for Plano, Texas-based Rug Doctor LLC, one of the world's leading manufacturers of carpet cleaning appliances and chemicals.

"We're delighted to welcome Paul to the firm," said firm founder Carl A. Crow. "Paul's unique international business background and extensive legal experience will be a tremendous asset for the firm and our business clients as he leads our already strong commercial law practice into this era of unprecedented economic growth in Hot Springs and Garland County."

Lynch, who is licensed in both Arkansas and Texas, represents clients in a wide variety of transactional and litigation matters.

"As the former top legal executive for an international company and the owner of retail and hospitality businesses, Paul truly understands the daily operational challenges faced by both small and large enterprises and can assist business owners and executives in navigating the complex world of commercial transactions, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance," said Crow.

Prior to going in-house, Lynch was a litigation associate with several prominent Dallas, Texas law firms. He is a graduate of the University of Arkansas School of Law (J.D., cum laude) and Hendrix College (B.A., Business and Economics). Earlier this year, Lynch was nominated for the Hot Springs Metro Partnership's Downtown Trailblazer of the Year Award for his efforts to help drive economic development in Downtown Hot Springs.
