The Hot Springs Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6 p.m. Thursday at City Hall, 133 Convention Blvd., to consider the following land use requests:

• Request to install wall signs on the north-facing wall of the new indoor practice facility at Hot Springs School District, 521 Panama St.

• Zoning change request from R-4 (medium/high-density residential) to C-4 (regional commercial/open display district) for block 27, lots 1-12 in Fairdale Subdivision at Sunnyside, Sellers, Ewing and Chelsea streets.

• Hasstedt Custom Upholstery, 114 Halton Terrace, home occupation Type B request to operate an upholstery business from the detached shop in the rear yard of this residential property.

• R&F Investments, LLC. Tract Split Subdivision, 928 Airport Road, lot split request to divide Garland County Property I.D. 82417 into two tracts with a cross access easement.

• Chicken Express requesting a lot line adjustment for a 20-foot section of land from 3025 Albert Pike Road to 3019 Albert Pike.
