Mandy Adrianna Egge, 25, who lists a Higdon Ferry Road address, Justin Dallas Wetherington, 23, who lists a GTO Farm Road address, and James Dean Keyser III, 29, who lists a Disney Street address, were each charged with simultaneous possession of drugs and a firearm, punishable by up to life in prison, unauthorized use of another person's property to facilitate a crime, punishable by up to 20 years, possession of meth with purpose to deliver and possession of a controlled substance, mushrooms, with purpose to deliver, each punishable by up to 10 years, and four counts each of possession of drug paraphernalia, punishable by six to 20 years.

Keyser and Egge, who are convicted felons, were also charged with possession of a firearm by certain persons, punishable by up 20 years. All three were also charged with possession of marijuana with purpose to deliver, with Wetherington and Egge facing up to six years and Keyser facing up to 20 years because additional marijuana was found in his possession.

All three were being held Friday on zero bond and are set to appear Nov. 25 in Garland County District Court.

According to the probable cause affidavit, shortly before 6 p.m. Thursday, Garland County sheriff's Sgt. Bill House was eastbound on Albert Pike near Airport Road when he spotted a gray Nissan Versa with a temporary tag that was determined to have been altered.

The vehicle made "an abrupt turn" onto Cooper Street and sped up as House activated his lights. It turned into a driveway in the 100 block of Cooper and stopped and House made contact with the driver, identified as Keyser, the front seat passenger, identified as Egge, and back seat passenger, identified as Wetherington.

The affidavit notes multiple deputies arrived on the scene due to the fact the vehicle had initially sped up prior to the traffic stop. It was determined Keyser's driver's license was suspended and he had a warrant out of Pulaski County and a search waiver on file. Egge was found to have a probation violation warrant out of Garland County Circuit Court.

In searching Egge, deputies allegedly found a gold container with 0.4 gram of what later tested positive for meth and a bag of marijuana so she was taken into custody. In searching Keyser, deputies found a red zipped pouch with a bag of marijuana and one hydrocodone pill.

Deputies searched the vehicle and allegedly found a camouflage backpack that had a large bag of marijuana, 23.2 grams, and a red backpack that contained 20 unused syringes, a scale, a smoking pipe, a baggie with white residue, a spoon, tourniquets and two mushrooms, and another bag of marijuana, 23.2 grams.

Also in the backpack, deputies found loaded .38 special handgun with six additional rounds loose in the backpack.

A computer check revealed the vehicle belonged to someone other than the three suspects. It was also determined Egge was previously convicted of possession of meth in 2016 in Garland County and Keyser was convicted of possession of a controlled substance and manufacturing meth in 2018 in Garland County.

Agents with the 18th Judicial District East Drug Task Force were notified and assumed the investigation, taking possession of the vehicle and the narcotics.
