Northwoods Bike Park opens with 'Jump Jam'

The "Jump Jam" bike jump competition was held Saturday afternoon as part of the grand opening of the Northwoods Bike Park.

The new bike park, located at the Cedar Glades Trailhead of the Northwoods Trails System, includes skills and jump features and opened to the public this weekend as part of the inaugural Gudrun -- Northwoods Mountain Bike Festival.

Today's activities include:

ā€¢ 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. ā€” Attila the Hun XC Mountain Bike Race at Cedar Glades Park.

ā€¢ 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. ā€” Gudrun Afterparty at Red Light Roastery Coffee House. All times are subject to change. Register for all Gudrun events at http://Gudrunmtbfest.com/.
