Mystery bugs

Lake Hamilton Middle School seventh-graders recently began a 30-day experiment in their science classes. A researcher from Texas A&M;, Craig Wilson, donated "mystery bugs" to all seventh-grade science classes. The students will observe the bugs for 30 days. During the 30-day life cycle observation, students will periodically measure the length and weight of the bugs and will study them under microscopes. Seventh-grader Caleb Rouse measures the length of his "mystery bug." - Submitted photo
