Suddenlink by Altice recently donated robotics kits from VEX Robotics to launch a new robotics program at Jessieville Elementary School. The kits will allow students to build robots and compete against other elementary schools throughout Arkansas. VEX competitions, presented by Robotics Education & Competition Foundation, give students the opportunity to apply STEM skills in a game-based engineering challenge. Front, from left, are students Noah Grise, Ralph Burk, Adrian Tapia, Emma Welch and Hadassah Keding, and back, from left, are Suddenlink representative Candace Kirendoll, robotics program leader Kellye O'Neal, Arkansas Technical University representative Sarah Burnett and Suddenlik representative Julie Mceachern. - Submitted photo
