Crye-Leike Real Estate Services has offered its congratulations to Realtor Kristyn Cooley on being awarded Realtor of the Year by the Hot Springs Board of Realtors.
Cooley is affiliated with Crye-Leike's Hot Springs branch office and serves the real estate needs of buyers and sellers throughout Garland, Hot Springs and Clark counties, the company said in a news release.
Cooley was recently honored at the Hot Springs Board of Realtors annual awards ceremony. As the highest honor, the association recognizes one Realtor each year for their excellent service to the industry and to be a representation of the organization.
"Cooley has been continuously involved in the real estate industry since beginning her career in 2006. As a member of the Hot Springs Board of Realtors, she has served in the positions of director, recording secretary, treasurer, president elect and now president. Cooley also serves as chair of the Executive Committee for the Hot Spring Board of Realtors and has earned the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designation and Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) endorsement from the National Association of Realtors (NAR)," the release said.
Cooley said she is honored to have received the Realtor of the year award and looks forward to building strong relationships with those in her community.

"Real estate is so much more than just selling houses; it provides opportunities to support my community and to help make the dream of homeownership a reality."
A Crye-Leike Multi-Million Dollar Producer, Cooley serves on the safety, communications and public relations committees for the Arkansas Realtors Association and is a member of the Cooperative Arkansas Realtors MLS.
