Maxine Dickerson, of Hot Springs, won several medals while competing in field events at the Arkansas Senior Olympics on Oct. 7.
Dickerson won gold in the hammer throw and silver in the discus, javelin and shot put in the competition at the University of Central Arkansas in Conway on Oct. 4-5.
