All Things Home Extension Homemakers sponsors a Summer Camp Craft Day for 4-H members, but this year presented a challenge since the children were unable to attend in person due to the COVID-19 restrictions for the meeting, the club said in a news release.

The club decided to make craft kits and have the parents pick them up at the Garland County Extension Service Office. The club made eight kits and a Science Around the Home booklet for each child. With 13 signed up, it required 104 kits and 13 booklets.

The 4-H members could make a nature plaque, apple candy jar, refrigerator magnets, bookends, suncatcher, bird feeder, mini photo album and a sock puppet.
