Wrights Street, between Central Avenue and Nash Street, and Garrison Street, between Files Road and American Street, will be closed to through traffic from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Wednesday for utility construction.
Detour signs will be in place and motorists will need to seek an alternate route during the closure.
