The driver of the vehicle, Brandy Lynn Gilbee, 36, who lists a Cones Road address, was charged with a felony count of possession of a controlled substance, meth, punishable by up to six years, and cited for driving on a suspended driver's license, no liability insurance and driving with expired tags.

Jenson was being held on $16,000 bond and Gilbee was being held on $2,500 bond and both women were set to appear Monday in Garland County District Court.

According to the probable cause affidavit, around 1:30 a.m. Sunday, Garland County sheriff's Deputy Matthew Cogburn was northbound on Central Avenue when he got behind a blue GMC Sierra truck with expired tags and stopped it near Central and Grand Isle Drive.

He made contact with the driver, Gilbee, who told him her driver's license was suspended and a computer check revealed she was an active parolee with a search waiver on file. According to court records, Gilbee pleaded guilty in Greene County on May 25, 2018, to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to three years in prison.

Both Gilbee and the passenger, Jenson, were asked to get out. When asked if there was any contraband in the vehicle, Gilbee reportedly said, "Not that I know of." Cogburn began to search the truck and at that point, Jenson allegedly stated there was some drug paraphernalia in her purse in the front seat.

Cogburn checked the purse and found three syringes, a set of digital scales, a spoon and a pipe made from a light bulb. He continued searching the vehicle and found a baggie with 1 gram of what later tested positive for meth.

When asked about it, Jenson said Gilbee had handed her the bag and told her to "stuff it" as they were being pulled over. She said she didn't know what to do so she threw it in the back seat.
