Alcoholics Anonymous meets daily at 8 p.m.; at 8 a.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday; at noon Monday-Saturday; and at 6:30 p.m. Sunday. The speaker meeting is at 11 a.m. Sunday. Water workout and aerobics, Aqua Arthritis classes and swim lessons for all ages are held at the Quapaw Community Center, 500 Quapaw Ave. Water aerobics is at 9 a.m. Monday-Friday and water workout is at 10 a.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Aqua Arthritis classes follow the guidelines of the Arthritis Foundation's water exercise program and are held at 1o a.m. Tuesday and Thursdays. Water exercise is a low-impact way to work out.
