Arvest Bank has promoted Tori Milsak to SBC Merchant Sales and Service representative in Hot Springs.

In her new role, Milsak will assist new and existing business customers in their growth by facilitating card payments and transactions, and informing merchants and associates about SBC's products within the Arvest markets. Milsak formerly served Arvest Bank as an assistant branch manager, a role in which she earned experience working with people in a bank setting.

"Tori is a Hot Springs native and excellent employee who knows the area and the community like the back of her hand," Franklin Bass, community market president for Arvest Bank in Hot Springs, said in a news release. "Tori will thrive in this position, and we can't wait to see the big things she does in her new role."

Milsak grew up in Hot Springs, attending Lake Hamilton High School and earning her degree from National Park Community College. She currently lives in Hot Springs with her husband, Josh.

Arvest Bank, named by Forbes magazine as one of the "World's Best Banks" for 2019, operates more than 260 bank branches in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri and Kansas through a group of 14 locally managed banks, each with its own board and management team. These banks serve customers in more than 135 communities, with extended weekday banking hours at many locations. Arvest also provides a wide range of banking services including loans, deposits, treasury management, credit cards, mortgage loans and mortgage servicing. Arvest is an Equal Housing Lender and Member FDIC, the release said.
