Magic Springs announces summer concerts

Magic Springs Theme and Water Park is "gearing up for its biggest concert series yet," according to a news release, and on Tuesday announced eight of its acts for the summer.

"Genres of every musical taste are represented in this lineup, including country, pop and rock 'n' roll," the release said.

The theme and water park announced the following dates:

• May 23 -- Neal McCoy with Confederate Railroad.

• May 30 -- Little River Band.

• June 6 -- Pop 2000 Tour (hosted by Lance Bass, featuring Mark McGrath, O-Town, Ryan Cabrera & LFO).

• June 13 -- Zach Williams.

• July 4 -- Riots & Rebels Tour (Quiet Riot, Molly Hatchet & Blackfoot).

• July 25 -- Skillet with Ledger.

• Aug. 8 -- Lee Brice.

• Sept. 6 -- La Fiera de Ojinaga.

"We've been blown away by fan reactions as each concert has been announced on social media," Jack Bateman, general manager at the park, said in the release.

"There is no doubt that this season holds some of our greatest concerts ever. We can't wait to show you what else we have in store!"

More updates will be posted on the park's Facebook page as the news becomes available.

Concerts are included with a one-day park admission or a season pass. Regular daily admission to Magic Springs is $59.99 for adults, and $39.99 for children and seniors. Season passes are $79.99. Prices do not include tax.
