William Lee Carter, 90, of Hot Springs, Ark., passed away Monday, July 6, 2020.
Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Graveside service will be held noon Friday at Cleburne County Memorial Gardens in Heber Springs.
