William Hugh "Bill" Savage, age 71, of Hot Springs, passed away Sept. 16, 2020. He was born July 17, 1949, to Bert Thomas and Courene Garrett Savage. Other than his parents, Bill is preceded in death by his wife, Melba Jean Savage.
Survivors include his son, William Robert Savage, of Hot Springs; two brothers, Thomas L. Savage (Becky), of Irving, Texas, and Robert F. Savage (Krista), of Hot Springs; one sister, Coberta Tucker (Randy), of Hot Springs; many cousins; nieces; and nephews; and special great-niece, Reagan Clem.
Visitation will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home with a celebration of Bill's life to follow at 2 p.m. with James Carpenter officiating.
Burial will be in Cunningham Cemetery.
The family wishes to express special thanks to the staff at Village Springs Nursing and Rehab, and the ICU nurses at CHI St. Vincent Hospital for their care and compassion for our loved one, Bill.
