One person was injured in a single-vehicle wreck in the 400 block of Majestic Lodge Road Friday.
The driver of a Chevrolet Cruze was southbound at around 10:15 a.m. Friday when he reportedly swerved to avoid hitting a deer. The driver lost control and left the road to his right, sliding down an embankment before coming to rest in a shallow pond.
The driver was transported by LifeNet to an area hospital for treatment.
