The Garland County TEA Party, which meets every Wednesday at the Hibachi Sushi Buffet, 4334 Central Ave., in Temperance Hill Square to discuss current events and issues at the local and state level, this week will welcome guest speaker Ray Lehman, who will discuss "RINOs are birthed at the County Committee."

Lehman is a member of the Garland County Republican Committee and the Garland County TEA Party. He has lived in two states "that turned deep blue and hopes to bring the knowledge learned from those states to Arkansans in an effort to make Arkansas even brighter red than it is," a news release said.

The meeting will be held from noon to 1 p.m. The public is welcome.
