Hot Springs campground now a KOA Holiday

The Hot Springs National Park KOA is now a KOA Holiday, one of three descriptive brands created to help campers select the right campground for their camping needs, according to a news release.

"Nestled in the foothills of the Ouachita Mountains, Hot Springs National Park KOA Holiday offers a great place to stay when visiting Hot Springs. The campground is just minutes from Hot Springs National Park and the historic downtown area where you can rejuvenate in the thermal waters of Bathhouse Row," the release said.

KOA Holiday campgrounds are "wonderful base camps for exploring the area or just a fun place to stay with lots of activities."

"KOA Holiday parks have amenities and services to make stays memorable, whether it's a longer stay or just overnight. Each KOA Holiday features full-service RV Sites with a KOA Patio and KOA Deluxe Cabins with full bathrooms."

Choose from Pull-thru, Back-in and a combo of water/electric and Full-Hookup RV Sites. Choose to stay in a Tent Site, Camping Cabin or Deluxe Cabin. Besides campground amenities like a pool, fishing and mini-golf, the campground offers a shuttle to downtown so campers can explore the area.

The Hot Springs National Park KOA Holiday is one of more than 525 open-to-the-public KOA campgrounds in the U.S. and Canada. Other brands in the KOA Family of Campgrounds include KOA Journeys, convenient locations after a long day on the road that feature long Pull-thru RV sites and easy after-hours check in; and KOA Resorts, which include an abundance of activities led by dedicated recreation staff, on-site food service, group meeting space and more.

Located at 838 McClendon Road in Hot Springs, the Hot Springs National Park KOA Holiday received the 2021 KOA Founder's and President's award for achieving world-class scores and meeting exceptional quality standards. It is open all year.
